Maya Murthy (piano) earned her Masters degree at the University of Missouri-Kansas City Conservatory of Music. She received her Bachelor's degree from Indiana University School of Music. Since graduating, she continues to perform as a soloist and as a chamber musician.  Along with performing, Maya has served on the music faculties of Kansas City Kansas Community College and the Community School of the Arts through Kansas City Young Audiences. Maya believes music is a form of communication and expression, and as a teacher, she strives to cultivate a well-rounded and independent pianist by encouraging critical thinking, patience, and creativity. In her free time, Maya enjoys travel, basketball, running, the Simpsons, and being outdoors. She has a keen interest in the welfare and ethical treatment of animals.

Nicholas Jarrett (violin, viola, piano, voice) has been a musician for over 27 years, starting violin at the age of four.  He studied violin, piano, and voice at the University of Missouri-Kansas City's Conservatory of Music.  Nick maintains studios for private lessons and directs string ensembles in Leavenworth/Lansing, Prairie Village, Olathe, and Merriam, Kansas, and  Kansas City, Missouri. 

In addition to private lessons, he has worked with students with cochlear implants at St. Joseph's Institute for the Deaf in Lenexa, Kansas and was director for the summer school music program at St. Monica's elementary school in Kansas City, Missouri. Currently, Nick is chairman of the KCMTA Concerto Competition in partnership with the Heritage Philharmonic, co-founder of Strings For Uganda in partnership with "Change The Truth", annually adjudicates for MAMA and is a contributor to the Gemini Project.  He also performs as a freelance musician for all events.  Nick is a member of the Kansas City Music Teachers Association, the Missouri Music Teachers Association, and the Music Teachers National Association.

Dr. Victor Penniman (piano, cello, composition) holds a Doctor of Musical Arts in Operation of Early Music Programs from the Indiana University Jacobs School of Music's Historical Performance Institute, a Master of Music in Historical Musicology from Florida State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Music degree from Marylhurst University near Portland, Oregon.

He served as music director for the Tygre's Heart Shakespeare Company in Portland, OR, and has performed with The Oregon Renaissance Band, the Oregon Bach Festival Orchestra under Helmuth Rilling, the Waverly Baroque Ensemble, The New York State Baroque Orchestra, and countless other individual projects and performances. In his own original musical work, he is a frequent performer on and advocate for the Ruby Gamba, the first production-model fully electric viola da gamba. He has performed and recorded with many artists both locally and internationally. Dr. Penniman taught for ten years at Wells College in Aurora, NY, where he also earned his tenure. He has served as Director of the Music Program in the Communication & Fine Arts department at Rockhurst University in Kansas City, MO, and as adjunct faculty in Music History at Ithaca College Conservatory in Ithaca, NY. His teaching repertoire includes most bowed and plucked stringed instruments, Western Music History, American Popular Music History, Electronic Music and Studio Recording, choral and chamber music ensemble direction, and he offers private instruction in cello, guitar, electronic music, viola da gamba, banjo, mandolin, piano, and composition.
